In-House Services
Expert seamstress on hand to help with the fitting of your gown.
Our services include:
Hem adjustments/ shortening gown to appropiate lengthTaking in/ letting out where neededShoulder/strap adjustmentBustle (when required)
Our bustles vary from traditional (over bustle), under bustle, French (modified under bustle), flip bustle and on occasion custom made bustles* (additional cost may occur).
Custom changes that exceed the design of the gown can be done for a nominal fee (e.g., changing the shape of a gown, adding sleeves, adding lace/beading, etc.).
Our focus is on ensuring that our customers feel special from the time they enter our store to the moment they come to pick up their gown. As such, we listen to their concerns and make adjustments where needed.
Ask about our sale/clearance priced gowns. These are reecently discontinued gown sold for a fraction of the original cost.
We enjoy working with brides even if they purchased their gown elsewhere and wish to use our services for alterations only. Our prices are extremely competitive.

"Kim is great. She does not pressure you into buying her dresses and she made the experience fun for me and the girls I brought. I didn't actually end up getting my dress from here, but I loved Kim so much that I asked her to do my alterations. Then Covid hit so we delayed the wedding twice and she was very accommodating with the date changes. She is also very clear with the pricing."

"Kim has transformed my wedding dress as well as our daughters' flower girl dresses beautifully. We shared with her our vision and she delivered beyond our expectations. "I went with my sister who is getting married to help her find a wedding dress. We stopped at David’s Bridal first to only leave very disappointed by their lack of selection. We found Rockport Bridals online and decided to try that out. SO GLAD WE DID!! My sister gave an idea of what style she was looking for and Kim pulled out handfuls of dresses for her to try all within her budget.
